Located in the Arts District of Los Angeles within the Hauser & Wirth complex, Manuela unites chef, farmer, and artist. Under Executive Chef Kris Tominaga, the menu celebrates seasonal ingredients sourced from Southern California farms and producers, with vegetables, grains, fish, and game.
