About
Emmer & Rye is built around the farmer’s haul—a seasonal Texas menu with in-house milling, whole-animal butchery, and a deep fermentation program.
The kitchen shapes dishes from what Texas grows, raises, and forages, milling heirloom grains on site for pasta, bread, and desserts and butchering whole animals in-house. Recipient of the Michelin Green Star for sustainability and a Bib Gourmand since 2024, located on Rainey Street in Austin.
