Red Briar Highlands raises registered Red Briar Highland cattle on pastures of mixed native grasses, clover and fescue in central Alabama at the base of the Cheaha mountains. The cattle are antibiotic-free, pasture-fed, and beef is harvested at a minimum of two years old.
