We are a husband and wife team/business that recently purchased our farm near Ribera in San Miguel County. This year, we were officially certified organic by OneCert. Our products include organic peas & oats hay and organic saffron. We recently planted our saffron, and we expect to harvest around the first week of November. We want to sell our saffron at the Farmers' Market. We would be primarily selling the saffron stigma filaments (the spice), however we would like to be able to sell the flower petals and yellow stamens as well.
