Pickled NOLA

Pickled NOLA LLC is a New Orleans-based company specializing in homemade pickles and pickled vegetables founded by Jeremy Oatis. The company began four years ago when Oatis started making pickles from home-grown cucumbers, and was formally established two years later with encouragement from friends and family. Pickled NOLA, operated by Jeremy and Kimberly Oatis, produces seasonal and locally-sourced pickled vegetables including dill cucumber pickles, pickled green beans, and pickled garlic as a fresh, natural alternative to store-bought pickled products. Sells at the Crescent City Farmers Market in New Orleans.
