Lotus Farms is primarily a protein based farm in Tijeras, NM. Our main passion is pastured poultry. Currently, we raise Cornish cross hybrids and seasonally when available Broad Breasted white turkeys, ducks, and quail. We provide clean, chemical, and hormone free locally grown poultry with full transparency. All of our birds are inspected multiple times a day and moved at least daily to fresh pasture. We partner with Embudo Valley Organics to give our birds the absolute best local grains available. We invite you to tour our farm to meet the "Hakuna Matata" chickens. Sells at the Santa Fe Farm
