For over 150 years, Hearst Ranch has raised 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef on 150,000 acres of sustainable native grasslands on California's Central Coast. The ranch operates two properties: an 83,000-acre ranch in San Simeon and a 73,000-acre property in Cholame. All cattle are free-ranging, hormone and antibiotic-free, and certified by the Global Animal Partnership 5-Step Animal Welfare Rating program.
