Owner Mike Costantini brings 20 years of restaurant cooking experience to the venture, drawing on his family heritage with an Italian father from Abruzzi and an Irish mother skilled in Italian cooking. Costantini Pasta is available at the Crescent City Farmers Market on Thursday and Sunday. Sells at the Crescent City Farmers Market in New Orleans.
