Chicago Patchwork Farms grows produce in Humboldt Park and now manages City Farm at 550 W. Division Street, Chicago’s longest-running sustainable urban farm site, after a spin-off from Resource Center. The farm offers a sliding-scale CSA with pickups on Chicago Avenue and at Division Street.
