Their story
Luke Backus started work on the distillery in 2016 and began producing grain-to-glass bourbon in 2019. As the son of a maple producer, brother of a cheesemaker, and nephew of a distiller, he grew up with the tradition of crafting finely made products that require patience, expertise, and determination.
