About

The Hatchery Chicago is a nonprofit food and beverage incubator on the West Side with a ~67,000 sq ft facility offering shared and private commercial kitchens, storage, coworking, and entrepreneurship support for local founders. Allies for Community Business and ICNC opened the East Garfield Park facility around 2019 at 135 N Kedzie Ave, with financing access and programming for food entrepreneurs.
