About
For nearly 50 years, Sustainable Food Center has improved access to nutritious food for Texans—supporting farmers, increasing consumer purchasing power, and sharing knowledge and skills so communities can prepare delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. Programs include Double Up Food Bucks Texas, The Happy Kitchen/La Cocina Alegre cooking classes, producer-only SFC Farmers’ Markets, farmer support, and food policy advocacy.
