The Partnership operates year-round Saturday markets and seasonal Sunday and Tuesday markets featuring local produce, flowers, prepared foods, and artisans, plus food-business resources such as the Shed 5 incubator kitchen. A wholesale market open for bulk purchases (Monday–Friday overnight seasonally) connects regional growers with restaurants, independent grocers, and other buyers; Shed 7 expands refrigerated wholesale distribution capacity for farmers and food businesses.
